Write Us Off
Recently Youth in the Jane Finch Youth Program came together the “Write us off” Resources. As they state: “Jane-Finch youth have been written off for years. In fact we’ve become experts at it. Social Planning Toronto and the City of Toronto Community Resources

Catalysts’ Circle (nee Centre for Connected Communities)
As one of the original collaborators for the research project that this website grew out of, Catalysts’ Circle has worked extensively through the Connected Communities Approach offering support, resources and facilitation to community groups looking to increase their community’s well-being, resilience, work and cohesion.
