Another advantage that I could think of online meetings was that more people, like numbers started to become huge because I think everyone started to feel extremely isolated being at home. So at least by way of online meetings, people could socially meet each other virtually.

I think one of the things that being online really helped with is again, also getting out of the silos that we exist in because especially by virtue of being in diasporas, we tend to live in geographical socio-political silos a lot of time and the conversations reflect that. And because the nature of our work in our page is to open up dialogue for critical analysis and to be very mindful about community building, connecting within global diasporas as well and building up solidarity and understanding.
